Music

Andrew’s early work in performance, writing, and production with The Brandy Alexander’s first album solidified his spot as a sought after musician in the Windsor, Ontario music scene.

Unraveling more of his own style in later projects as a member in The Wanderlust Club, the band coined a new genre called “sex pop,” highlighting lyrics about relationships and love making, set against the chill tone and mood of independent soul music. With South River Slim, Andrew went back to his musical roots of Blues and Rock & Roll, further developing guitar skills and techniques as a lead guitarist in a live environment. With Slim, he additionally honed writing skills in the style of 1940s, 50s, and 60s Blues and Rock & Roll.

In 2019, Andrew spearheaded Thicc as a producer and music writer in association with David John Zelko and Derek Impens to create the album Wanderfunk. To name a few of the popular songs on the album written by Andrew include: All My Money, Slave Without A Stone, All the People, and Something from my Baby. Thicc’s album Wanderfunk can be listened to on Spotify, Apple Music, and Soundcloud.

Andrew currently produces and writes music independently, and can be found on Spotify, Apple Music, and Soundcloud.
